Riverside Health is seeking both Academic Daytime Hospitalists and & Academic Outpatient Core Faculty to join our team in Newport New, Virginia. As Faculty, you will be part of a collaborative care team supportive of one another while serving as a Preceptor for IM Residents. As Faculty, you will lead the development Resident’s skills, participate on committees, prepare inhouse didactics and join a collaborative team focused on providing unsurpassed quality of care. If this resonates with you, we would like to speak with you! The ideal candidate should also have a strong interest in teaching and mentoring.
- The IM program is 6 weeks IP and 2 weeks OP program with administrative time each week
- The residency program serves a diverse and medically underserved population with chronic conditions appreciative of the care that is provided to them
- Simulation Center enabling residents to further develop clinical and procedural skills
- EPIC links all of our outpatient and all inpatient facilities
