Opportunity:

Range $520,000-$680,000

Build your practice as an employed physician with operational support and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

• Full-time anesthesia practice
• Operating room coverage, pre-op and post-op anesthesia care

Mercyhealth Anesthesiology Services

Departmental Scope:

• Comprehensive anesthesia care for surgical, procedural, and pain management services
• Intraoperative monitoring and perioperative consultation
• Collaboration with surgery, ICU, and critical care teams
• Support from CRNAs and anesthesia tech staff

Qualifications:

• MD/DO board certified/board eligible in Anesthesiology
• Residency training from an ACGME-accredited program

Compensation & Benefits:

Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee, leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package:

• Salary Range: $520,000-$680,000
