We’re a locally owned, notforprofit healthcare system, and we’re determined to make this your healthiest job in healthcare. We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team in the heart of Northern New Mexico.
What You’ll Bring:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with inpatient hospital experience
- Skills in thoracentesis, endotracheal intubation, ventilator management, arterial line placement, and paracentesis
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and continuously expanding clinical skills
- Strong team mindset with a passion for collaboration
- Ability to obtain a New Mexico medical license
What You’ll Experience:
- 15 tenhour shifts per month
- Flexible schedule with no nights
- Inpatient rounding, consults, and procedures
- Manage a reasonable patient census (typically up to 12/day)
- Supportive leadership that empowers providers
