GlyCare is a hospital-based group practice specializing in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deliver protocol-driven, evidence-based care to hospitalized adults on Med-Surg and Step-Down units (non-ICU), with endocrinology support.
This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a stable, hospital-based position with predictable scheduling, strong clinical support, and opportunities to grow in a high-demand specialty.

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Texas NP license: FNP, AGNP, or ACNP
Inpatient experience required (practice or inpatient RN background)
EMR proficiency (Epic or similar)
New graduates welcome
DEA license not required
Minimum 1-year contract commitment

Requirements
What You’ll Do
Provide consultative inpatient diabetes and glycemic management (non-ICU)
Independently round using established, protocol-driven care models
Manage an average daily census of ~25 patients (higher census up to 28–35)
Participate in rotating phone-only after-hours call (approximately 2–3 times per month)
