We are looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our interventional cardiology team at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Center. This will be a full-time, 36-hour/week position mainly focused at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Center with possible availability to cover at MedStar Franklin Square Hospital.

In this role, the PA/NP would be primarily responsible for preprocedure prep and postprocedure recovery of interventional cardiology patients. They will be working in a well-staffed facility with a state-of-the-art lab. This provider will have immediate access to very experienced APP peers and physicians to learn and grow in their career.
The scheduling for this role will mainly be three 12-hour shifts a week, with occasional shorter shifts depending on rotating weekend shift. There may be opportunity for later coverage hours, but no nights.
Minimum qualifications:
Education/training
- Graduate from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.
- Experienced acute care APP
License/certification/registration
Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills preferred.

This position has a hiring range of
USD $115,000.00 - USD $143,619.00 /yr.
