An extensive health system in the DFW area is seeking a full-time, board-certified OB-GYN to serve as the site director at a 603-bed acute care facility - leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals

Opportunity

• 603 beds | Level IV NICU | Level IV Maternal Designation
• Board certification required | at least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
• Work a minimum of six shifts per month - flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance
• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED, and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
• Hospital employed with a guaranteed hourly rate
• Extra shift incentive pay is available + Holiday pay incentives
