Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring recent trauma experience and a NH or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Interventional Radiology department of a hospital setting
- Serve adult patient populations requiring advanced radiologic interventions
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm, with 4x10 hour shifts per week
- There are no weekend or on-call requirements
- Apply evidence-based nursing practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an IR setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes
- Engage in mentorship and quality improvement initiatives
- Communication and critical thinking skills are essential for recognizing patient changes
- Holiday coverage required; Christmas holiday RTO will not be approved
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years required
- BSN preferred
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
