Practice Overview

• You'll join an employed GI team rebuilding a stable, long-term service line with room for general and advanced GI
• Split model available: outpatient clinic + GI-focused ASC, with a separate hospitalist coverage structure
• Strong support: APP team in place (with plans to grow), RN/LPN/MA support, and AI scribe
• High-function ASC: 2 endoscopy rooms + 1 surgical room, general anesthesia, fast turnover, and strong daily case volume

Schedule

• Flexible outpatient schedule: 4 or 5-day workweek (examples include 2 clinic/2 ASC or 1 clinic/3 ASC)
• Typical ASC day runs about 7:30 AM-2:30 PM, supporting predictable evenings
• Minimal call for outpatient GI: clinic call only for established patients (no hospital call)
• For those interested in inpatient-only work: GI hospitalist model planned as 7 on/7 off (with a 14 on/14 off option)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary around $600K, plus additional upside potential based on structure and role
• Sign-on bonus up to $200,000 (structured over multiple years with an upfront portion)
• Benefits include medical coverage, malpractice with tail, 403(b) and 457 plan options
• Time off and CME support: 200 hours PTO and $3,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC Gastroenterologist
• All experience levels considered, including new grads and experienced physicians
• Advanced GI interest welcomed; ERCP/EUS capability is a major plus with established ERCP volume history
• Visa sponsorship not available
