- Interventional Radiologist Kansas City | Hospital + Outpatient Practice (OBL) | Partnership Track
Description
Partnership & Equity | Hospital + Outpatient Practice | Multi-Speciality
Vascular & Interventional Specialists (VIS) is recruiting two fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologists to help establish a new hospital-based Interventional Radiology program while building a comprehensive outpatient practice in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
This is not a traditional employed hospital position. Physicians will join a physician-led vascular practice with a clear pathway to partnership and equity while practicing across both the hospital and VIS outpatient procedure centers.
The defining feature of this opportunity is the close integration with an established vascular surgery practice. Rather than practicing in isolation, you'll work alongside experienced vascular surgeons who serve as true clinical partners - providing collaboration, shared decision-making, and immediate surgical backup for complex arterial disease, trauma, limb-threatening ischemia, and other advanced vascular pathology. This level of vascular surgery support is exceptionally uncommon in private-practice Interventional Radiology and creates an environment where physicians can confidently perform the full breadth of modern IR.

- 100% Interventional Radiology (no diagnostic radiology responsibilities)
