Hospitalist Nocturnist PA - Northwest Medical Center - Sahuarita, AZ

Northwest Medical Center - Sahuarita is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified PA to join its dedicated Hospitalist team near Tucson, Arizona, in a Nocturnist capacity. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment within the largest healthcare system in Southern Arizona.

Compensation & Classification Flexibility

• Competitive Pay: up to $100/hour for night shifts.
• Employment Structure: Flexible options including W-2 or 1099 independent contractor arrangements.
• Availability: Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN schedules. Seeking Full Time.

Position Highlights

• Location: Desirable community located less than a 30-minute drive from Tucson, AZ.
• Team Dynamic: Highly collaborative, physician-led inpatient hospitalist group.
• Practice Focus: Focused nocturnal coverage supporting the inpatient medicine service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) required due to inpatient acuity.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an active Arizona state nursing license.
• Prior inpatient hospitalist experience is highly preferred.
