Violet Crown Veterinary Specialists (VCVS) is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing overnight emergency team in Austin, Texas.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and manage emergency and urgent care cases
Stabilize critical patients and oversee ongoing treatment plans
Collaborate with surgery, oncology, and specialty services when appropriate
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Mentor and support technicians and support staff
Practice evidence-based medicine while maintaining clinical autonomy

What We’re Looking For
DVM or VMD degree
Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure
Emergency or specialty experience preferred
Internship training welcomed but not required
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Team-oriented mindset
Passion for emergency and critical care medicine
