Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract at an acute care, Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma teaching hospital requiring at least 1 year of experience and ER/Trauma background.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting with 479 staffed beds, Magnet designation, Level II Trauma center, and teaching hospital status
- MRI department position with focus on radiology and cardiology MRI studies
- Experience with abdomen and pelvis MRI studies is required for this role
- Schedule is 3x12-hour night shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Wednesday through Friday
- No weekend shifts required
- Charting is performed in Epic
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT certification required
- ARRT (MR) certification preferred
- ER/Trauma experience required
- Experience with abdomen and pelvis MRI procedures required
- Experience with Epic EMR
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Position involves MRI imaging across radiology and cardiology service lines
- Free parking available in the North Lot in any unrestricted space
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
