Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for an evening shift position at a Level III trauma center hospital that is part of the Yale New Haven Health System.
Details
- Short-term acute care Level III trauma center with 252 staffed beds, part of the Yale New Haven Health System
- MRI unit with potential floating between two affiliated facilities as needed
- 5x8 evening shifts from 2:15 PM to 11:15 PM
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
- Charting via Epic
- Free parking available on-site
Requirements
- ARRT (MRI) certification required; state license required if applicable
- Current BLS required
- MRI Technologist experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Flu vaccination required; declinations are not accepted
- COVID vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Former permanent staff of this facility must have been separated for at least 2 years before being considered as a traveler
- Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved during the assignment
- Travelers are expected to participate in natural disaster or emergency response activities as required by the facility
