We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician (Radiologic Technologist) to join a leading hospital system in Morristown, NJ . This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment alongside a collaborative care team. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently, including in operating room (OR) settings , and be comfortable handling a variety of imaging procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced imaging equipment while contributing to high-quality patient care in a well-established facility. We have multiple openings available with flexible scheduling options. Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper setup, usage, and safety standards Assist with imaging procedures in the operating room (OR) as needed Position patients correctly to obtain accurate diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to any changes in condition Review imaging results for quality and completeness prior to submission Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow all safety guidelines, including radiation safety and infection control protocols Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician ARRT Certification (required) NJ State Radiologic Technologist License (required) BLS Certification (AHA required) Experience working in a hospital setting Must be comfortable working in the operating room (OR) Experience with GE imaging equipment preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Option 1 (3-Day Schedule): Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Option 2 (5-Day Schedule): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Includes every other weekend on-call
